Lent begins

Ash Wednesday begins Lent, a forty-day period in which the resurrection of Jesus Christ, to celebrate Easter in the Christian community. Lent is a deepening of faith, reconciliation and the cancellation date.
Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent. This is a strict fast day, which means that you do not eat meat, and satisfy desire once in over 18 years, and has twice taken little food ourselves. - This morning at 7 am for Holy Mass devoted to ashes, the 8 and 6 in the evening mass is the sacrament of Penance is given to the brethren.
